Diaper Consignment Sale CLOTH DIAPER
CONSIGNMENT SALE VENDOR INFORMATION Here’s how it works. Bring us your gently used and
well-loved cloth diapers. We’ll do all the selling and you’ll get all the
benefit. We have two options this year: Sell your diapers for cash
or store credit. Choosing the cash option gets you 50% of the selling
price. Store credit option gets you 70% of the selling price. You must call us at 859.335.5949 to obtain a vendor number. When
calling for a vendor number, we will need to know then if you want
a check or store credit for your diapers. After totals have been
calculated and store credit or checks applied, we cannot switch to a different
payment method. We will also need your
name, email address, phone number and home address. Items that will be accepted: · Cloth Diapers · Diaper Covers · Snappis, pins or other
fasteners · Cloth Wipes · Wet Bags · Pail Liners · Inserts, liners,
doublers, etc. Items that will NOT be accepted: · Used or opened
containers of diaper ointment. · Items in unusable
condition – stains are fine, holes are not. Holey diapers that may be
repurposed as rags may be donated to our FREE bin. · Unwashed items · Diapers that don’t
work – such as those with residue buildup that repel. You may ask us for
tips on ridding your diapers of problems. Notes: · All items must be
freshly laundered. Please rewash diapers that have been in storage for a
while. Remember, the cleaner they look, the more likely you’ll get the
price you want. · Items must be received
at Mother Nurture by the Saturday
before the sale. · Items may be sold in a
set, but must be packaged together in a large, clear, zip top bag. · Do not package diapers
in old grocery bags – people do not buy what they cannot see. And, if they open the bag and misplace items,
we may not be able to match the item to its sale tag and you will lose out on
your credit or payment. · Items must be picked
up within 4 weeks of notice of payment.
After 4 weeks, the diapers will be donated to a family or organization
in need. TAGS For each item, you must fill out the following form for each
item so we can track sales and reimburse you properly. I recommend either
putting items in a clean, plastic bag and securely taping the form to the bag
or safety pinning the label to each individual item (be sure not to puncture
any waterproof material). You may sell items as a set, but they must be
packaged together and priced as a set.
We cannot be responsible for items that become separated from their
tags. Here’s how you should fill out each form:
