Many families take time to prepare for their pregnancy, birth and baby but are blindsided by the intensity of parenting a new baby.One thing you can do to prepare is to ensure that you are well supported while you recover from birth and begin parenthood.Our postpartum doula will help with things such as breastfeeding support, infant care, laundry and light housework, meal prep, errands and more!Each visit includes 2.5 hours of our experienced doula’s nurturing touch and helping hands. Overnight visits are available.
