![]() Return Policy We've all found ourselves in a situation where we realize we've purchased the wrong item, or the size, the color or the style just isn't going to work for us. We understand. We also understand that it may be difficult to find the time to return an item after having a new baby. Therefore we do not have a time limit for returns. Items must be unused, unwashed and free from foreign smells, marks or objects (such as animal hair or dirt). Breast pumps must still be sealed in the original packaging and nursing bras must have the tags attached (for hygiene reasons). Depending on your situation we will happily replace or give you a store credit for use either online or in our shop. Please note postage or pick up/drop off is your responsibility both to and from Mother Nurture. Upon receipt of your item, we will return the purchase price of the item to the method of payment you used for the original purchase. A copy of your receipt must be included with all returns. We strive to provide excellent customer service. So, please do not be shy to ask for our help in using any of our products before deciding that they do not work for you. Payments We prefer Cash or Check. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover. The return check fee is $25. Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account cards can be used for breast pump purchases, breast pump parts, breast pump rentals and lactation consults or latch check clinics. Gift and Shopping Bag Recycle ProgramYou'll never be able to reuse all of those gift bags you get at your shower. Drop them off at Mother Nurture and we will use them for our shopping bags. Help save the planet and save someone else from having to purchase a gift bag when they buy their baby gifts at Mother Nurture! |
